Yes, children under 10 are free if accompanied by a parent or guardian. Kids 10 and over must purchase a ticket.

Third-party ticket sales are not authorized. Tickets are nontransferable. Please be sure to put the correct attendee name on each ticket when purchasing. If you are buying tickets for a friend but unsure of who you’re bringing please put both tickets in your name. You will need to check-in together at registration with Photo ID.

  • Tickets will not be sold at the door.
  • We encourage you to purchase tickets prior to making travel arrangements, as tickets can sell out.

You may buy your guest a ticket at the regular price, and as a pro-perk, your guest may enter with you to attend Saturday’s pro hours.

Did you try purchasing tickets and get an error code? We have found that people are putting their number in before selecting their tickets and that is causing the pop up message.

We can’t change the name on a financial transaction, but we can add your names in the notes. Email: [email protected] When you’re at the registration desk at the show ask them to check the notes.

The Pro Card team is working on a new cardless system. For now, we are honoring expired cards. If you still have your old card/ card number, you can use it.   If you can find your acceptance email it will have your member number. If you need help retrieving your number, [email protected] can assist.

Refunds are handled by Purchase Protection LLC.  If you need to make a claim, please visit https://www.purchaseprotection.com/claims to begin the claim process. Be sure to read the eligible claims and required proof. Once your claim is received, it will be reviewed and a representative will reach out to you.
