If you are buying tickets for a friend but unsure of who you're bringing please put both tickets in your name. You will need to check-in together at registration with Photo ID. All ticket sales are final, IMATS offers no refunds, cancellations or transfers. To protect yourself if you cannot attend, Purchase Protection is offered during check out. Purchase Protection will protect you in case of illness, accidents, family emergencies, work travel conflicts, and weather. Q: What do I need to bring/know before I arrive?

Photo ID is required for entry. Pro Card is required for early entry on Saturday Tickets will not be sold at the door. We encourage you to purchase tickets prior to making travel arrangements, as tickets can sell out. A nominal Service Fee is applied to each ticket.

Q: What are the days and hours of the IMATS LA 2023 Show?

Saturday, Jan. 14 (Open to public) IMATS Pro Card members - 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. General Admission - 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 15 (Open to public) All Ticket Holders - 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Q: Can I bring a guest with my pro entry?

You may buy your guest a ticket at the regular price, and as a pro-perk, your guest may enter with you to attend pro hours. See you at the show!

Q: My Pro Card isn't working to buy tickets. Error says it was not valid.

We recently revamped our Pro Card system. If you haven't renewed since August 2023, you will need to do so to continue using your membership. If you have renewed and your number is still not working, please contact Pro@makeupmag.com
