Q: My name is wrong on the tickets

We can't change the name on a financial transaction, but we can add your names in the notes. Email: tickets@imats.net. When you're at the registration desk at the show ask them to check the notes.

Q: What are the dates of other IMATS shows?

Show dates will be posted on the IMATS home page when officially announced.

Q: My Pro card is expired and I want to renew

The Pro Card team has been working on a new cardless system and we are excited to announce it's been launched! If you still have your old card number, you can renew it here: https://makeupmag.com/pro . After getting your information updated, your member number will be reactivated and be ready for use. If you need help retrieving your number, pro@makeupmag.com can assist. See you at the show!
