You must be 17 years or older to attend. Infants and children under the age of 17 will not be admitted. Ticket and photo ID required for entry. Tickets are nonrefundable and nontransferable.

What type of bank or credit cards do you accept to purchase tickets?

We can only accept cards with Visa, Master Card, American Express (only in LA and NY) or Discover logos.

Why does the tickets link take me to a different website?

As of Jan. 28, 2014 we are working with the ticketing company ShowClix to sell our tickets, and you will be directed to their website.

I'm a Pro Card holder, how do I buy a guest ticket?

Pro Card Guest tickets are limited. To view available tickets please select Buy Tickets and login with your Pro Card information to view available tickets. If guest tickets do not appear or they state Pro Card Limit Reached then tickets are not available. Pro Card Guests must check-in with the Pro Card holder.

May I pick up my wristband for Saturday and/or Sunday on Friday?

No, at this time early check-in is not available. You must check-in the same day as your ticket. Example: You bought a One-Day ticket for Saturday, so you must check in Saturday.

I haven't received my e-tickets. What do I do?

Please click here to login to your account to view and print your ticket confirmation. For detailed instructions, please visit the ShowClix page. You are required to bring your e-ticket to check in at the show’s Registration desk.

I used the wrong email address when processing an order. How may I change that?

For your security, we do not allow customers to change the email address on an account without logging in to the account. If you contact the ShowClix Customer Care department, however, they can verify your identity and help you set up the correct email address for your account. Call IMATS at 360-882-3488, ext. 101 or ShowClix at 1-888-718-4253.

How do I change the name on my ticket(s)?

Ticket are not transferable, and can only be used by the person whose name is on the ticket. No exceptions.

I can’t go to the show, may I get a refund?

Tickets are NONREFUNDABLE. No exceptions.
