Gary Christensen

As a make-up artist and designer for theater, Gary Christensen has won a Drama-Logue award for his prosthetics make-up design for Comedy of Errors at the Grove Shakespeare Festival. Recently, he designed silicon make-up effects for Time Stands Still. In London from 2013-15 he was a demonstrator for Mouldlife and Neill Gorton Prosthetics Studios at IMATS and United Makeup Artists Expo. As a theater make-up instructor, Christensen has taught at several colleges and universities, such as California State University Fullerton and Riverside City College. For two years he served as the “Backstage” columnist for Make-up Artist magazine.
