There and Back Again: Interview with Oscar Winner Tami Lane

Tami Lane opens up about her journey to become an Oscar-winning make-up artist and department head. Lane has worked on films including The Lord of the Rings trilogy, The Chronicles of Narnia trilogy and Superman Returns. She won an Oscar for her work on The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe, and earned an Oscar nomination for The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey. Lane shares all, including tales from the set, in a keynote interview onstage at IMATS.

Keynote Interview with Monster Sculptor Mike Hill

Plastic Bald Cap Application

In this demonstration Eliza Campagna will show how to fit, stick and color a plastic bald cap using the Royal Brush range. She will demonstrate what brushes and tools she feels work best for sticking down the cap, melting off the edges and coloring the bald cap. She will also be demonstrating how she uses a nontraditional hair wrapping technique to compliment her fantasy character make-up.
